I am a postdoctoral researcher developing theories of how biological and artificial neural networks perform computations. I also use mathematical models and machine learning tools in the study of the physics of living systems. I have a passion for teaching mathematics, physics, and computational biology.

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow/visiting assistant professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Mathematics. My postdoctoral mentor is Hannah Choi. Prior to my current position, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Korea Institute of Technology Brain Science Institute. I obtained my Ph.D. in physics from Seoul National University in 2020.
